Traditional Art / Drawings / Fantasy

Did this dragon head as a practice for using references in concept design. This is mostly based on the skulls of carnivorous theropod dinosaurs and their various respective artistic interpretions. I'll be changing the concept as time passes and I find more references.

I can certainly see the dino-influence, in many ways makes it look less majestic and more down to earth (not best way of putting it) and in a way more realistic. It's tricky to really fault the actual drawing and to be honest the only part that's at all weak is the neck, the actual head itself has great proportionality & detail.
